  1. Kate, in my opinion your plan is spot on target. The plan I created was developed on the same platform of serving the immediate academic needs of the campus as yours was.
    I am sure you have thought about what literature you are going to research but it might help to list it in the actual plan.
    Other than that I think your plan is great!
